- Coordinate operational needs (housekeeping, maintenance, activity bookings)
- Process food and activity orders on your behalf
- Send reservation confirmations and booking information
- Improve the guest experience at our property
SMS Consent
By texting HELLO (or any opt-in keyword) to our concierge number, or by providing your mobile number during the reservation process and initiating contact via SMS, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Whispering Pines (Hyde Hospitality LLC) related to your stay. Your consent to receive SMS messages is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of booking or staying at our property. Opt-in data and mobile phone numbers will NEVER be shared with, sold to, rented to, or used by any third party for any purpose. This prohibition applies without exception, including to marketing partners, affiliates, and data brokers. To opt out at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends entirely on your requests. You will only receive messages in direct response to texts you initiate, or in connection with your active reservation (such as a room-ready notification or checkout reminder). We do not send unsolicited promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan’s messaging and data rates.How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from our concierge number. You may reply HELP at any time for assistance. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Opting out does not affect your reservation or stay in any way.Terms of Service
By texting our concierge number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Whispering Pines in connection with your stay and any requests you initiate. This service is provided for convenience during your stay and is not a substitute for contacting the front desk directly. Whispering Pines reserves the right to discontinue or modify the SMS concierge service at any time.Data Retention
We retain message records only as long as necessary to fulfill your requests and for standard business record-keeping. Conversation history is not stored permanently beyond your stay.Security
