By texting our concierge number, (760) 648-7762, or by providing your mobile number during the reservation process and initiating contact via SMS, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Description

Hondo, our SMS concierge, is an automated assistant that helps guests with door codes, local recommendations, food and activity orders, maintenance requests, and general questions during their stay at Whispering Pines.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By texting HELLO or initiating contact with our concierge number, you expressly consent to receive text messages related to your stay. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of booking or staying at our property.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your requests. You will only receive messages in direct response to texts you initiate, or in connection with your active reservation.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan’s messaging and data rates.

5. Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Opting out does not affect your reservation or stay.

6. Service Limitations

This SMS service is provided for convenience and is not a substitute for contacting the front desk directly for urgent matters. Whispering Pines reserves the right to discontinue or modify the service at any time.

7. Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
